What Type Am I?

Super Quick Team Role Identifiers

Welcome to the Jungian-Cypher Questionnaire (JCQ)1

Based on our research into the links between personal preferences and imagery, we feel that completing this questionnaire will give you an interesting sketch of your character profile.

It is not a personality test. The results show your preferences in the way you like to interact with your environment, how you work, deal with problems and decide what action to take.

The JCQ is not a traditional questionnaire. In place of written questions and numerical answers, we present a series of images and words online. We then ask you to decide whether the image or word is “ME” or “NOT ME”.

Choosing “ME” is saying that the image or word represents ‘something of you’; it fits into your profile and represents a feeling or a behaviour that could be part of you. On the other hand, choosing “NOT ME” is saying the image or word doesn’t connect with you in anyway, they could NOT be part of your profile.

Sometimes the images portray someone of a different gender; it is important that you do not choose “ME” or “NOT ME” on that basis. Instead your judgement should be based on the feelings that the images evoke. Can you see yourself in the situation depicted; behaving in that way?

Just click on the “Definitely Me” or “Definitely NOT Me”, and a fresh image or word will be presented. There are 4 sets of ‘choose & click’ exercises to work through. The whole exercise should take no longer than 3-4 minutes to complete. It is better if you can complete the exercise without any distractions or interruptions.

Your responses are timed, so please work through each set as quickly as possible.

At the end of the quiz, we give you individual feedback 2 about your profile based upon Jungian type-theory.

The feedback consists of a four-letter code which represents your preferences in how you approach work and life in general. This feedback gives you some idea of your strengths when interacting with others and solving problems.

You can then enter this personal code into the box provided.

You will then receive a more rounded description of your character profile.

Enjoy!
