This is a quick online exercise to show you how you feel about yourself, what things you like and how you generally interact with others.
The task is quite simple, interesting and much less effort than completing an on-line questionnaire. It should take less than 2-3 minutes to complete.
The process involves you looking at a presented word or image and deciding as quickly as possible whether you are likely to be ‘associated’ with that word or image. After you have decided, just use the mouse to move the cursor over ‘Definitely like me’ or ‘Definitely not like me’ and click.
After clicking, a second word or image will automatically appear. Again you decide whether it is definitely like you or not and right click again.
This process is repeated until the string of words or images is exhausted.
At the end of the session, a graph of your results will be automatically generated.
Some of the words or images that are presented will seem ‘neutral’ or have a weak association for you. In these cases, you should ‘bin’ the word by moving the cursor over bin and clicking.
Here is sample session before you start the actual exercise.
