The TRP consists of 63 statements that refer to an individual’s possible feelings and behaviour when working in a team. The questionnaire is designed for self-completion. You will receive personal feedback on how you contribute to team-work. You will also get an insight into those aspects of team-work that you might consider developing.
The questionnaire is also useful to teams or people wishing to build teams, as it provides an overview of the group-skills available; in particular with regard to the balancing of skills within a team.
The questionnaire is anonymous and the immediate feedback is “for your eyes only” it is up to you with whom you share it.
Each statement refers to your possible attitude or behaviour towards team-work. Please consider each statement carefully and then circle the number on the scale that reflects your strength of agreement/disagreement with each statement:
0 = disagree strongly 1 = disagree 2 = neither 3 = agree 4 = strongly agree
There are no right or wrong answers. The more honest your responses, the more accurate your feedback will be.
